The second-hand marketplace Shoppers Share Anger About Size Modifications
Shoppers are voicing their frustration following a change that caused products showing incorrect sizing.
The second-hand shopping app has updated its size classifications for women's and children's garments without notifying all users about the change.

Many shoppers and sellers have taken to social media claiming that product pages now present an altered size classification compared to what was initially listed because of the remapping.
Vinted explained the updated approach better aligns with similar services.
They have suggested members to check their listings and manually change the size if necessary, causing user dissatisfaction.
Size Classification Updates
Earlier, the sizes had both numerical and alphabetical indicators, for instance S/8 or M/10.
The revised method features a letter with a size spectrum such as S/UK 8-10.
For certain items, the measurements have been reclassified - such as a large size was previously a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.

One content creator, who creates plus-size fashion videos, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Rarely do manufacturers list XL as sizes 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Another user, from Glasgow, said garments she listed on Vinted with size 14 labels were appearing on the platform as measurements 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they will likely be quite upset," she explained.
Required Changes
Another shopper, based in Derby, explained she became annoyed because the modification necessitated personal updates the sizes on "every single listing".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, as I'm chronically ill and platform income has been essential for me since losing part of my income," she said.
Service Background
The platform boasts over 100 million users, including 18 million in the UK.
It has proved a popular alternative to second-hand platforms like eBay and Depop.
This is not the initial instance where an unanticipated change to the app has proved unpopular: last year, Vinted reversed a change to its shipping options due to shopper criticism.
